Round 9 tomorrow

If you ever end up having to take enhertu treatments, I recommend eating a lot of berries and spending time just sitting in the sunshine.
Since round 5, the side effects haven’t been as hard on me. I really think doing these two things helped.
The only issue I had after round 8 was stomach pain. Nausea wasn’t intense enough for me to take anything for it. The extreme fatigue that always made me think I was dying hasn’t happened since round 5. (Praise the Lord. 🥹)

I know it’s always different from person to person, but if there’s a chance this advice helps someday, it’s worth a try. 🙂

I’m sorry you are going through this. How many more rounds do you have?
@Carissimi Three more after this one, and then I get another PET scan to see if the tumors shrank anymore. After that, my oncologist says whether I’m done, if we continue with enhertu, or if we go a different route.

@Colonelmustardseed I hope for good news for you once those rounds are done. I just heard about a study where monoclonal antibodies used on 14 patients at an advanced stage of some type all went into remission after 6-months of treatment. No chemo, no radiation, no surgery. The researchers are going to study other types, so I hope that’s going to have good results too. It will change everything, but who knows how long that will take. Be well. 🙏
