Do you have issues with your body?

I mean, there’s so many things I see as flaws…. Not sure if what I see when looking at myself is accurate, but either way it causes insecurity/discomfort at times. Sometimes I think I look “good”/ok, and then a day later I don’t want to even have to look at myself 🤷🏻‍♀️ not sure how my view can change so drastically, and so quickly
