USA doesn't make the Top 50 for life expectancy

According to a study, the top reasons include:

• smoking
• obesity
• violence
• poverty
• Automobile Accidents
• Access to healthcare.

Though the over arching reason appears to be "The failure to prevent poor health is a factor that is contributing..."

Yes with no public healthcare, going to the doctor for prevention is less likely.

@deadgerbil Yes it's far better to have a lower life expectancy than anything close to socialism. Death is much better.
