what is your wrong diagnosis story??

how with all education required and equipment available, doctors can still be sooooo very wrong in their diagnosis?? one reason is they are not interested in getting to the root of the problem. only treat the obvious surface symptoms.
for my mother she was informed she had a hole in her eardrum...WRONG!! then she had depression and needed a psychologist...WRONG!!! a month later she died of pancreatic cancer.
