After losing 15 pounds, my weight platued.

I tried eating more then cutting back (in theory it should boost your metabolism so your body doesn't adjust to where you'd have to create a larger caloric deficit), but instead it put two more pounds on me then I dropped the two. Back to square one. 😂👍
So, I think now's the time to pull all the stops. Rest, exercise (incorporate strength training/HIIT since I already workout for my job walking 5 miles a day), take probiotics, and continue to eat clean. I'm trying to at least get my weight down to 140 by September/October so I can work on bulking up. I know you can still build muscle while in a calorie deficit in theory but it's more like you're toning than anything, though your performance/endurance still improves in my experience.

Yea, I've shifted my focus to stregnth training, and I'm kinda ignoring the number on the scale.
I am noticing a slight improvement.
I wanted to lose a few pounds but ultimately the goal is to tone up, little bit of muscle definition.
I try to eat clean but I definelty still have my snacks. Without them, I will go overboard and binge on the snacks.
