Who Else Likes To??

So just wandering who else likes to use sound frequency healing? I listen to heart, and neuropathy ones. Sometimes I listen to 396, it's supposed to heal hurt and sad feelings. I deal with things from my past that way. 😊

I use sound every night and vary between frequencies. It def helps falling asleep. Been using the astal projection one recently. I don't recall any projecting yet, I keep trying!
