Its intersting what he says about cheese.
Ive always liked cheese - but never really paid attention to 'what' cheese i ate.

But now im trying to pay attetnion to what i instincly prefer - and its the more tradional cheeses: esp the crumbly ones .
Higher processed cheese is unapealing now. I dont know why - it just is.
And i never noticed this before now.

Its also the same with eggs. Ill prefer to spend twice as much on good eggs - than eat twice as many cheap cage eggs. I can literally tell the difference.

I swear, since ive simplified my diet - i can taste more !

@OogieBoogie I never did either until I was on this diet and then I started exploring things I liked the most. I do like goat cheese which I eat a lot of lol. But I get what you mean about simplifying diet, it makes it easer to shop too and even though they're more expensive eggs, if you simplify you can afford more quality things too.

@SatanBurger im only jalf way thru, and i do agree that no one way of eating is perfect .

I think if we pay enough attention to ourselves, and our bodies - we can find out what is best for us.

I think simplicity is important....not eating really crazy meals of vegetables, starches , meats washed down with some type of wine or soda or milk.
I have a feeling its a really bad idea. Its all too much .

I have an idea that we should keep each day to a style. Pair up two of those things, but no more .
Keep what we have to digest along a theme so it doesnt tax out our digestive system.
Its more.... natural.

- but im gonna test it .

Its crazy how we live now .
Work bombards us with all these variables every day. We bombard ourselves with variables of environmemts everyday - home, car, work, appontments, supermarket, train, city street etc.
And then we get on the Internet when we rest .

And on top of that - we eat combinations of every food available at every meal, or worse - shitty facsimiles made from processed versions.

No wonder our microbiome is confused and scattered and overtaxed.
