If I signed up for disability and work full time. If I'm accepted, do they just give me a certain time to quit work?
Or if I'm working will they reject me?

All depends on your condition; prognosis and whether the employer can accommodate you.
Companies often get kudos from government departments for hiring disabled employees.
They can often get perks in terms of financial incentives; building readjustment at no cost etc.
But of course it'll all be down to your potential employer.
If for example you have mobility problems but the position to be filled is on the 15th floor, obviously that makes you a company risk in the event of a fire etc.
Best thing to do is make your application but be clear on your limitations

Ask your case worker ,you are usually allowed to work some hours
