Sorry about complaining
I'm jusy so sick and tired of being so lightheaded and dizzy... I'm even laying down and the room is spinning. And no I haven't drank anything since new years at midnight and that was just some wine.

Did you have Covid? I had Covid two years ago and immediately the dizziness set in and has never fully gone away. It’s a common symptom of long covid

Ear infection. Your inner ear controls how you balance. If you got infection then that maybe it. Or vertigo. Again inner ear issue
