What could be the possible reason for this?

I have a headache that hasn't gone away for a few years, and it's gotten worse lately. The pain also occurs behind my eye. I'm having trouble standing, no painkillers are working. In addition, I feel like flies are flying in front of my eyes, my ears are ringing, there is a buzzing in my head, as if a plane is flying. I don't expect you to make a diagnosis from here, but what could be the possible reasons?

I had a fall once and was left in pain with bad headaches. I visited a chiropractor and he said I had a pinched nerve and put it right.

@meggie I saw a really good chiropracter earlier this year - it's amazing how they can link pains in different parts of the body to something [i][b]seemingly[/b][/i] unconnected to the symptoms.

Could be many things, tumor is probably the worst. But bad teeth can do something similar if they are bad enough. I mean really bad! Both can kill you.

See a doctor!

Idk i get unbearable migraines or cluster headaches at times .. not sure if its due to a sugar overload or a toothache or the neighbors burning toxic trash or what
