Has anyone had success with treating SIBO? (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)

Pretty sure I have SIBO from excessive candida (yeast) growing in my body. I have all the symptoms. It’s causing a lot of issues in my life. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday to see what is going on. Has anyone had success with treating candida and SIBO? What did you do? Did you take antibiotics or use herbal remedies? And how long did it take before you noticed any difference?

Probiotics. And less sugary foods. Hard to totally get rid of but those 2 are a good start. Be a tonne of info online.

@SW-User my brain is about to explode with all the info online. I’ve found talking to people who’ve been through the same things is a good way to share info. But I have already cut out sugary foods and taking probiotics
