Do you see floaters?

When I look at something bright, such as the sky, I can these little germy-looking things zipping around. Is there anything that I can do to make it stop?

When I was a kid, I thought it was a superpower. I told people that I could see germs. 😑

@Starmaiden Their movement depends on my eye movement, so I'm thinking something is inside my eyes, perhaps within the fluid.
