After a meal, the point of focus for your body is digestions, so that's where blood goes. It's natural to feel sluggish, especially if the food for lunch is no good. Or it could be you have a natural afternoon slouch period; for some, it's a reality.
At any rate, I doubt it's anything serious. Try a high-protein/low carb lunch and see how you fare.
