I have somewhat good news.

I managed to get the courage to look under and behind my oven this morning (read a post about being able to remove the bottom drawer of the oven online).

There weren't any roaches.

I could have sworn they were under the oven or behind it. I think it's clear.

I know they're not behind the refrigerator. I move that too much. Too clean.

No food in the cabinets. Anything that is opened like pasta or something, I put in the refrigerator. The rest of the cabinets are just clean with stuff - no water or food. It would only provide shelter.

So, where are the roaches breeding?

They're not even under the sink anymore. At one time, I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The tubs are completely empty (not collecting water anymore). There's no roaches even under there!

But, I saw a roach in my kitchen drawer with all my silverware in it yesterday. It was terrible. I don't like it. That was yesterday MORNING! Then, I got up again (went back to sleep after that experience), and I saw a roach on its back in my hallway. I walked by him, and he suddenly turned right back up! I guess, my fat body gave him enough wind to turn himself right side up. Roaches aren't able to turn themselves right side up. They don't have the muscles to do so. In fact, if you can manage to catch a roach and turn him on his back, he'll die. That's a task though. They can't get any oxygen if they're lying on their backs, and they slowly die. I did kill him once he got back up.

My point is if they're being seen in the day time there must be an infestation. I need to find their hiding spot.
Get an exterminator to spray the house.

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Kitty cat makes me hesitate. He's older.

I think this Ortho stuff works as it has for quite some time. The problem is you have to make it a habit or part of your schedule to spray. You spray a couple of times and see all the dead roaches here and there... Then, you forget to spray again. Now I know it's one of those things you have to put in your calendar. I think the Ortho defense works, but UP TO 12 months is key. More like two or three months. I mean, spraying the outside perimeter, too. I'm not even talking about spraying the inside. As long as I can remember to spray the outside, I believe it works... every few months though.
Do you live in an apartment building or house?
@perceptivei I am guessing they're hidden and repopulating in your walls.
