What's your way of finding a doctor when you need a check up?

Been having some chest pains that kinda radiate to my arm. It's become more frequent in the past year.

You should first go to a primary physician. They will run some blood tests and you and most likely an EKG.

I usually use Google to find nearby primary doctors.

But you should do it asap. If you get intense chest pain please go to the ER.

@deadteddy It's not intense enough for me to go to the ER, or I would have, I suppose. It just wears me out especially when it's affecting my left arm. It just makes me feel really exhausted like I have no energy but not sleepy.

I know I eat enough salt to kill a... anything, I guess. So, I guess that's not good. I normally just lie down and not move too much until it subsides. Even when it does subside (the left arm pain), I still feel my heart racing and sporadic chest pain. So, I think I want my blood pressure checked and maybe cholesterol. I'm not a doctor though. I guess, my legs feeling heavy over the past year is enough to have my blood pressure checked. But, that has seemed to go away in the past week or two. The chest pain and arm pain that happens afterward is still there every now and then. I'm sure the leg thing will come back...

It's overwhelming looking for a doctor. My best friend doesn't believe in the healthcare system, so if I complain to him, I won't hear "See a doctor." That won't happen.

I just thought of something. It's amazing he believes in taking a cat to the vet but not recommending a human to see a doctor. Lol.

Anyway, I guess I'll find a doctor. I know I'm not eating right. Blood pressure could be an issue.
