What's your way of finding a doctor when you need a check up?

Been having some chest pains that kinda radiate to my arm. It's become more frequent in the past year.

...do they take my insurance; what health system or practice; relevant subspecialty skills e.g. geriatric medicine; where did they train; older or younger ..
