what if something is wrong with my health

[c=A69800][i]i go for my annual blood tests on thursday, and i have a fear of everything clinical and health etc...and i got worried what if they find something wrong when they do my blood tests? i manage diabetes type 2 and was doing well with it for years now...but i have gained back a bit of weight around my stomach, after i lost 3 stone years back......i am very scared that something will be found wrong with my blood results.....i also have my annual health review soon which i am very nervous about..[/i][/c]
