This will be my update thread!! Check back… well, Daily! I’ve been diagnosed with a myriad of mental issues. Borderline Personality, Bipolar, Intermittent Explosive, Severe ADHD, Severe Depression, Schizoaffective, Anxiety. I am 6 years substance free, 4 years sober with a couple bad days. I’ve shaved my head and beard impulsively and am starting at 200 lb 27% body fat.
I know a lot of you, a lot of you know me. You know I’m just a person like you and I want to invite you to join me on my Journey to reclaiming my mind and rebuilding my marriage and my life.
I’m sorry to those of you I’ve hurt through the years and I hope you can forgive me and celebrate with me as I take on this challenge.

Today I felt a little hope that I could get better. How are these little pills supposed to fix all these big problems?
Day 5 Started talk therapy today. I tore open like a piñata. Was afraid to show my darkness to the therapist, because I don’t want them to take my kid from me. But she listened and leaned in and said, “You have been tormented for many, many years.”
6/25 Today I cleaned my kitchen and am currently getting ready to get 2 weeks of trash down to the bin to be taken tomorrow. There is a lot of hurt in my home but I pray that Adonai fulfills his promise to me to heal my mind on this side of eternity.

Let me take this journey with you my friend. Do not lose hope. God will heal your mind. There's a better way than drugs that doctors tell us will help us. I believe I can help you with that and I know for a fact that God restores marriages and I believe he is going to restore yours. Never give up. God makes a way where there seems to be no way. You can do this! And God will help you. You don't have to do it alone. I will pray for you and your family everyday. The truths of Jesus sets us free.
