seborrheic dermatitis?

Anyone else struggling with seborrheic dermatitis? it started on my face last November and only recently got diagnosed. its stressing me out a lot at the moment, it seems to calm down for a few weeks then gives me hell and nothing seems to help, its making me itch and scratch like crazy. i really cant live like this anymore and its making me feel like leaving this world. its almost like the creams i have been given work then don't work. i'm so seriously fed up of it and also trying to find a job and don't want this to get in the way.

our family friend suffers from it in patches. stress can set off episodes, as can sweat, or not maintaining a strict habit of keeping skin oil and grease free. Some seasons are worse for it.
