I'm having trouble sleeping lately

Any advice for me to do?

try not to use your phone before bed - read a book perhaps?
if you keep waking up at night - maybe try meditation or deep breathing - it might help you get back to sleep

try and do some exercise in the day if you can, that may wear you out so you sleep better
