I haven't had one in a year or two...I should get one today. I rarely treat myself and if I did, surely my much overdue act of self care would boost my self esteem and likely I would spread my better mood, self confidence and joy to the rest of the world around me.

Woah...did I just lay out with some sound logic that I need to get my nails done for the benefits of everyone around me?...sweet
