Just keep an eye on it
It’s not the type of rash the glass test is for.

Its contact dermatitis aka mild allergic reaction. You can take an antihistamines like benadryl or get steroid cream from a doctor to treat it if it doesnt get better. You can try unscented soap and water to cleanse the area.
