That's high if that is your normal resting heart rate, meaning that you were just resting and not doing any heavy activity or exercise. I also have a high heart rate, referred to as tachycardia. Mine is due to a medical condition. You can only know what's going on, if you seek real medical attention. Yours is very high, and is way outside the parameters of a normal heart rate. You need to see a doctor, and let them determine what's going on. Many situations are only temporary or can be easily treated.
