Took my second spin class. Hit 116 rpm. I was moving so fast i couldn't take a pic. Got off the bike and my thigh muscles seized up.

Goal? Rock hard booty.

Why does the spin seats have to be so hard? Hello amazon

@SW-User It's fun. I was working out with 20 yr olds. The instructor looked at me, thinking i wouldn't make it.
