Update on my journey to better health !

Here is an update on my journey to better health ! I started this journey on 10 /24/2022. Today I weigh myself and I finally reached a major milestone ! I have lost 50 lbs !!!!!!! Thank you to my incredible coach and this amazing program that has literally changed my life!
