Healthiest snacks?

What are the best things to have to hand when you just want something between meals, to help stop you reaching for cookies, candy, 3 burritos, a pizza etc? 🤣

I'm guessing an apple or grapes maybe? What will stop you feeling hungry? So many snacks are bread or carb based or processed.

My go-to is usually chips with or without dip. I know it's not considered the most healthy. But I don't usually get to eating a whole bag before I stop. I'm able to have a decent amount and stop at that.
