Healthiest snacks?

What are the best things to have to hand when you just want something between meals, to help stop you reaching for cookies, candy, 3 burritos, a pizza etc? 馃ぃ

I'm guessing an apple or grapes maybe? What will stop you feeling hungry? So many snacks are bread or carb based or processed.

Boiled eggs, cheese, protein shake...but use keto or low carb yogurt if you make a smoothie.
Be aware fruits have fiber, but are higher in carbs.
I eat fruit with a meal instead for a snack.
Celery with natural peanut butter or cream cheese is good.
Vegetables with hummus.
Handful of nuts is good.
Olives, dill pickles.
Anything protein tends to fill you up and meats, cheese, and eggs have no carbs.

@Emele if you happen to like sugar free Jello that has no carbs... And sugar-free Cool whip I believe has 4 grams per two Tablespoons

Pork rinds, if you like them, are very low to zero carbs depending on brand.
