How’s your week been? I am so done with mine 🙃

On Tuesday I found out I have a blood clot in my right leg and got put on blood thinners. I noticed on Monday night and because I know the signs of a blood clot I got it checked out on Tuesday.

I am going to try and keep smiling though. Today I have steroid injections in my Sacroiliac Joints. It’s very painful but it helps with the auto immune arthritis. I also have to go for an MRI to make sure I have torn my rotator cuff.

I should be starting my IV antibiotics again next week. Not looking forward to that but I need to get rid of that infection. Hopefully this round of IV antibiotics knocks it out.

I am getting tired of this but thank you to everyone who has supported me. I appreciate it.

Here is a kiss for you all 💖💖💖

@caPnAhab Thank you. I am tired of my health being so crappy.

@iamonfire696 You've probably said before, but has it always been that way?

@caPnAhab my health is a dumpster fire.

It’s never been great but it’s never been this bad. Just being immunocompromised from autoimmune arthritis leaves me open to lots of stuff. Like the amoeba infection I have in my sinuses that I have been dealing with since March that won’t go away. Even 10 days of IV antibiotics didn’t get rid of it so they next course will be longer.
Which sucks during the holidays.

I got covid in august and was so sick I had to have monoclonal antibodies and now I am dealing with long covid.

@iamonfire696 yes, I remember that back in August. It can't be easy... so I pray for strength for you

@caPnAhab I really appreciate it 💖

@iamonfire696 Sinuses are a bear to treat. Rotator cuff can be high pain all by itself. I cannot imagine all that inflammation and what it does. I hope it begins to lessen and resolve to at least some level of comfort.

@Neoerectus Thank you. I have had 2 sinus surgeries but I can’t get rid of this damn amoeba cause my immune system hates me. I have to go see an infectious disease specialist on January 12th. I am hoping the next round of IV gets rid of it.

I don’t worry about surgery for the rotator cuff, the pain will be acute.’Chronic pain is so hard to live with. I had a hip replacement at 19 so I am okay with that kind of stuff.
