I have multiple sclerosis. 😖
I'm 49. I don't drink often. I don't smoke. I don't have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I do stress and have the last few years. Other than that I don't know where it comes from or if I'm just unlucky.

Everyone has a struggle. There are those without MS who suffer just as much or more every day. No one is free of trouble.
You’ve been personally introduced to your challenge - meet it head on and make it work for you. Learn from it, grow strong with it, develop empathy with it. Believe it or not, sometimes our afflictions turn us into superheroes. Hang in there.
