I have multiple sclerosis. 😖

I'm 49. I don't drink often. I don't smoke. I don't have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I do stress and have the last few years. Other than that I don't know where it comes from or if I'm just unlucky.

I don't know why we're dealt the genetic hands we are. I've stopped trying to figure it out, and try to do the best I can with what I've got. It does get challenging at times. I'm sorry about your MS. I hope you're doing as well as you can with it. 💜
