For me I started out by solving little stressors in my immediate environment (It was helpful to remove those little annoyances that peck at you, especially if you’re already having a bad day). I disassociated from toxic people (life altering stress relief). I started taking better care of my sleep and eating habits along with other health stuff. I started getting better about organization and time management, which also made a tremendous difference because less shit would go wrong on a regular basis or when it did go wrong I was more prepared.
