Only 1 is the Doctor!

Front Desk when you Sign In (Marking You There)
IT Dept. (The Software Informing the Staff You're There)
Doctor's Nurse or LPN (Noticing You're Waiting)
Doctor (Older Doctors can't be hurried along)
A Team that Cares and Understands the Importance of Your Time as well as their's and is Communicative will Run on Time.
My Cardiologist's Group Practice could win Awards for Prompt Friendly Thorough Appointments!
Only 5 Minutes after Check-in usually and I don't care about waiting in a room 5 to 10 Minutes, because I know he is Giving someone a Quality Visit, like I'll get if Needed.
