It could be more targeted. The issue involves a dry cleaners offsite of Camp Lejeune who released toxic chemicals known to be carcinogenic. This is a legitimate case with legitimate victims, but the buckshot approach of greedy and opportunistic bus bench lawyers is what everyone's seeing on TV.
This lawsuit is for those in the right area in the right time who went on to develop cancer who can also trace it reasonably back to the toxic site.
