Three days into quarantine, fourth in bed

But today actually from all days i can finally say I am feeling better! I found the strength to do some super mild yoga and change my bed sheets while I let pillows and blankets to lay under the sun.. I ended my water fast too today with orange juice. I feel better, but I i am very careful, i will take care of myself for more days..:)
