So i got the covid thing

I am 2 days in and I treat it with water, drinking only water and abstaining from any food. I am thinking tomorrow to go for a day without water, a dry fast, and then return to water..I have my naturopathist who suggests this therapy, based on our and any other mammals natural inclination of abstaining from consuming anything while letting the body do its magic 🧡

Hopefully it's not that bad. My professor got it twice and it really ruined his breathing. Couldn't give a lecture without getting winded for a pretty long time
