I have diarrhea and my stomach feels better than yesterday but not 100%.

I’m debating whether if I should go to work today because I do feel than yesterday but still have diarrhea. My temperature is at 98.0 which is great. Yesterday I stayed home from work because I feet like garbage and had diarrhea and I felt very nauseous. My temperature was 99.8 but didn’t have a fever. I think I’ll be fine.
