Getting into a routine

New work out is already showing results weight is down around 2kg inside 10 days. Mixing in the cardio sessions as well and hitting 10k steps a days consistently, but the biggest difference is the cutting out alcohol and cutting down significantly on sugary stuff.

Feeling pretty good at the moment but tired all the same
