When you last accidentally hurt yourself, how did it happen?

Yesterday, I accidentally backed in to a metal clothes rack at Walmart, scraping my right shoulder while waiting in the self checkout line. Ouch. 😑

Totally dislocated my wrist.
My hand was actually hanging off to the side fortunately, no torn muscles or skin.

@Alisha233 No and I'm glad it wasn't, don't know how i would have driven home, the pain was excruciating!

@eyeno how did you..undislocate it? Did you go to the emergency room?

@Alisha233 I stumbled and instinctively put my hand out to catch my fall, my hand went in-between two boulders and pulled it right out of its socket.

Drove home and because of the pain knew I wouldnt make it to the ER. Fortunately my neighbor was home and drove me there.

@Alisha233 sorry, you asked how did I reset my hand.

At that moment when I saw it, I tried not to focus on the sight of it, or I might go into shock. (It was like a horror movie.)
It took everything within me to put it back in the socket. I dared not focus on the sight of it but focused on the cure.

Told myself, that the pain cant be much worse than it is now, so I grabbed it and proceeded to set it right back into its socket.

@eyeno so you did it yourself? In tough situations, not thinking too much and just taking action..doing what you needed to do is a great response 👍
