Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

@BiasForAction A word of caution - their eating plan is pretty good, but their "personalized counseling" are customer service reps with a day of training.
@Graylight yeah I don’t avail myself of that and now I definitely won’t

@BiasForAction It's great having a plan someone devises for you, though. It's astonishing how we can go a whole day without appetite "just nibbling" and still consume a surprising amount of calories.
