Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

Do whatever is working but supplement with more protein on work out days as you need to rebuild muscle.
