Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

If you’re working out, your body needs more calories, more protein. 1200-1300 is too low, but it also depends on your body weight.

Calculate your Basal metabolic rate(BMR) and eat at least that much amount of calories because BMR is what body needs to survive. Anything less than that isn’t good.
