Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

I'm sure you'll lose weight on around 1200....but its on the low side for feeling ok whilst doing it.

The issue with calorie counting is you lose weight, but generally it goes straight back on when you stop doing it.
