Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

Why don’t you cut out the sugary snacks and replace them with fruit and veggies and cut deserts out completely. It looks like you might be eating a lot of processed food too. Your body will thank you for feeding it nourishing food

@Jenny1234 Great idea. It satisfies a craving for sugar, which is necessary, while providing more nutrition than candies.
