Been sick 🤒 for the last two hours

Nausea
Headache
Vomiting
It’s five am
My phone contract ended this week
With all the brain fog and stuff
I didn’t remember to get a new contract
Iv just ordered one now but it’s going to take a few days to get here
I whatsapped my mom in the hopes she keeps calm and doesn’t make me feel worse

I really feel sick and lonely and
Just want to wallow in bed
🤒
Can I cry on someone’s shoulder please

I woke up ate some raw veg and since then it’s been vomiting and nausea. I had raw carrot raw baby corn and raw red cabbage
I think I’m going to speak to my doctor and see what’s wrong

@Carlisle Maybe it wasn’t washed or the baby carrots must’ve gone stale.

Looks like food poisoning to me. Yes…kindly see the doc. 🤗 Better get a off the counter medication before it aggravates.,

@Carlisle of course! It could be Salmonella…its the most common thing with unwashed salad leaves n veges.

@Carlisle I had a severe case of food poisoning 2 weeks back. It only got worse coz I didn’t take meds for 3 days…hoping it’ll go away by itself.

@Carlisle I’m better now but it took me a week to recover. Which is why I hope you go to a doc or take medication sooner.
