I'm going to start walking again.

I'm supposed to walk 30 mins a day but the only time I get that much walking in is when I go shopping. I've been pacing at home but haven't felt like walking that much. I'm really sore the next day and don't want to do anything. It's excruciating. But I know I have to get strong again and I do feel stronger now than I did a couple of weeks ago. It's time for me to get out.

What ever they tell you to do, do it. Do it all twice. The rehab you do now will determine the next 10 years of your life.
