I'm going to start walking again.
I'm supposed to walk 30 mins a day but the only time I get that much walking in is when I go shopping. I've been pacing at home but haven't felt like walking that much. I'm really sore the next day and don't want to do anything. It's excruciating. But I know I have to get strong again and I do feel stronger now than I did a couple of weeks ago. It's time for me to get out.
