It’s been a relaxing weekend. Got a massage and surprised my partner with a sesh as well. We both really needed it. Cooked impromptu chicken Alfredo then gave the new oatmeal cookies recipe a go with Kiddo.
I’m so grateful for this pain medication. I forgot what it’s like to have the energy to do things like that.
I noticed I only need one cup of coffee in the morning these days, not two or three anymore to keep me going until I drop around 3.
Last few days I’ve been doing yoga again. Cool side effect from doing daily hamstring rehab stretches: for the first time in my life I can do a proper downward dog with my heels flat.
