My week with COVID

Last Thursday I came down with Covid for the second time. I figured it would be a breeze like my first time but I was sorely mistaken.

Let me say this before I go on. I am vaccinated- did not get a booster & suffer from a couple auto Immune issues.

I have never experienced an illness like this round. Even on my worst days it was a breeze in the park compared to this week. I am so thankful I didn’t have to do it alone. My incredible husband took care of me and comforted me as I cried. The hardest part was not being able to hug and love on my kids.

Today I woke up feeling like myself again. 80% better I feel! So let me tell you I ran and hugged my girls like it was the first time I saw them!

Today I am grateful for my life, for my health and that I was able to overcome this wretched thing.

Please take care of yourselves, whatever that looks like in your book & love on your peoples a little harder

I'm so glad you're better. I know that must have been horrible for you.
@PhoenixPhail it truly was, but I’m so thankful I’m better
