Everyone in the household started showing symptoms before me but I wasn't anxious about catching it. When I got it sucked but it wasn't that bad.
@AwakeningConfession221122 I'm not sure what you're trying to get at but I've never been afraid of COVID.

I haven't taken the vaccines because of how the media and the government have gone about the whole issue and it doesn't even protect you from getting the virus or spreading it then on top of that people have to keep getting boosters. I personally know people who have reacted really badly to the vaccines one even ended up in hospital and they were going to amputate his legs. Crazy.

That said if you are ill it is perfectly normal to worry about giving it to others and being mindful that is just called being a decent human being.

@TheWhippersnapper I agree. There's so much divide between vaccinated, unvaccinated. I wish everyone luck with whatever they do. We choose to get the vaccines because my brother doesn't keep good health.

I had it back in October. A very mild cold. I never missed a days work since I was able to work from home. I'm immune and never had the jab.
@hippyjoe1955 October of which year? 2020 or 2021?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@ElwoodBlues 2021. All my unvaxed family got it and we all recovered quickly. The vaxed family members didn't come over for Thanksgiving but they all have their own issues related to the vax. Son one has ongoing myocarditis. Daughter one has neuropathy. Son two has adenopathy.
I’ve always been very healthy but it put a hurting on me. Still suffering weird things. 😑
@NoGamesTolerated since first week in January.
ArminArlert · 22-25, M
@NoGamesTolerated Oh, I'm a little scared now, not going to lie. Lol
I'm glad you got your job back. It would be illegal for them to fire you because of covid.
@ArminArlert They didn’t try to fire me .. they just wouldn’t let me go back til I tested negative… Which is not per CDC.. You are only contagious a few days.. CDC said when symptoms are gone and out of work 5 days…

I was out all of January… Mess with my money then I fight back… I hurt the by making them look back woods

Yep had it a couple of times now ..it's a nuisance. Though immunity is likely strengthed with each bout ..so I'm told 🤷
@Kae20 That beast is hard to slay. 🙂

I caught it twice. The first time at the end of February 2021 and then at the end of March 2022. It was very mild in both instances but, on both occasions, I lost money because I had to take time off work. I do have to wonder how effective the vaccines are because I caught it again despite being triple jabbed. I actually felt very slightly worse the second time around.
BritishPerson · 41-45, M
@AwakeningConfession221122 I was barely ill. It was all overhyped in my view.
ArminArlert · 22-25, M
@BritishPerson Me too. I was vaccinated, but caught Covid as well, and I had symptoms for about 10 days. Losing my sense of taste and smell was the worst part, but I was mostly fine.
jackson55 · M
Nope, haven’t had it.
ArminArlert · 22-25, M
@jackson55 You're lucky! My parents and brother haven't had it either.

@ArminArlert I am lucky, in November half my crew was out with Covid or the flu. I was working double duty to cover for who was out.
ilixolia · 46-50, F
Yes I have.
I didn't have any anxiety about giving it to my family because my family wasn't near me.
ArminArlert · 22-25, M
@ilixolia Good. You're lucky. I hope you recovered well.😊
ilixolia · 46-50, F
@ArminArlert Nope, I'm dead.
Shadethewolfboy14 · 13-15, M
I was vaccinated as soon as it became available for my age group
smiler2012 · 56-60
