Getting My S&@T Together
Being a 5 x parent, with our last child born in mid December, can be tiring!
I used to exercise a fair old bit, have my own little vices too which some I have given up. After this pregnancy I'd put on around 15-20 lbs in weight which I've started to take off through diet and exercise.
This pregnancy had left me quite tired and with giving up coke, after 20 years of using it, has more than likely pushed the 'Big Reset' on my life and energy levels.
I am getting there but this time it's a little harder than I thought it would be.
Guess it's a case of being older, right?
So, around 45 mins HIIT 5 x weekly, all bodyweight..
...and, as the title says, getting my s&@t together..
