How did I end up weighing this much?

Weight is like a creep, it just sneaks up on you like unwanted stalker!

I will literally not tell anyone how much I weight, all I can say is that I'm shocked
I'm glad I invested in a scale a while back other wise I would probably be indenial
I won't beat myself up, I guess I over indulged after the break up , I gained a whopping 60 pounds
Okay I guess I have to make drastic changes
